Intelligence Officer Eugence Leroy Walter

EUGENE LEROY WALTER Jr. 
Eugene was born amongst nineteen twenty-two and hailed from the United States Virgin Islands. His family moved later that decade to Rhode Island and relocated to the US jurisdiction zone of Guam by the nineteen thirties. Walter relocated to California amid the next decade and later received pilot training in the US Navy via the Army Air Forces. He attended multiple universities nationwide and studied a range of scientific disciplines that included microbiology, virology, and biochemistry.

The next decade Walter was sent to Pearl Harbor to join its Epidemic Disease Control Unit in the role of bacteriologist. He became a naval military scientist assigned to both the American West Coast and Midwest in this period and was promoted to commander in the American Navy's Medical Service Corps. Eugene further received biological warfare training amid the nineteen sixties and joined varying military organizations to acquire further scientific knowledge. He gained employment with the Agency’s Science and Technology Directorate in the role of intelligence officer amid nineteen sixty-nine.
