HOWARD MCCREA ORR
Howard was born amid nineteen twenty-two and raised in the Ohioan city of Circleville the next decade. He served the United States Army's Air Force division in the course of WWII and subsequently completed a master’s degree in history at the University of Michigan. Orr joined the CIA as nineteen fifty-one passed and was later utilized that decade as a Soviet Russia Division intelligence officer. Amongst nineteen sixty-one he was reassigned to the Agency’s station in Japan’s capital in the role of Far East Branch operations officer.

Howard ORR AMongst The Ninteen Forties

Orr returned to Agency headquarters during nineteen sixty-three and assisted foreign intelligence operations related to Brazil, Chile, Venezuela, and the Soviet Union. He was reassigned to Saigon as the Vietnam War seethed amid nineteen sixty-seven but he returned to Langley two years later. Orr was assigned to the Western Hemisphere Division’s Venezuela section as nineteen seventy-two passed and the next year joined the foreign intelligence staff. He was reassigned by nineteen seventy-five to the Agency base in Venezuela’s capital to support counterintelligence survey teams. Orr retired in the course of the nineteen seventies following decades of employment with the Central Intelligence Agency.
